Pre-Order Policy
ECHELON APEX is currently available for pre-order. Pre-ordering reserves your paddle from our first release batch before inventory becomes generally available.
Estimated Ship Date
First release ECHELON APEX orders are scheduled to ship on July 1.
Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, quality control, shipping carrier delays, or other operational factors. If the estimated ship date changes, customers will be notified by email.
Payment
Payment is collected at checkout when your pre-order is placed. This reserves your paddle from the first release batch.
Order Confirmation
After placing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled under our standard shipping and return policy.
Returns
After your order is delivered, returns are subject to our standard return policy. Products must meet the eligibility requirements described in our refund policy.
